Please Read the following terms of business

 

1 SPTI wil provide for the candidate their specified course on the dates and times listed at www.spti.co.uk

 

2 By aggreeing to these the candidate will pay the fee as required for their chosen course, they further agree to settle the their account balance before start of their training course.

 

3 All deposits will be refunded if the following occurs;

 

The candidate cancels their course giving 7 days notice via email

The course is cancelled and an alternative course cannot be mutually arranged.

 

4 Cancellation of courses, SPTI endeavour to maintain all courses on the original dates and venues. We sometimes need to re-schedule a course to an altenative date or venue. If this happens and the candidate cannot attend the re-schedued course then a refund will be available in line with clause 3.

 

5 Examinations are marked Externally by an awarding body, the results will be made available as soon we receive them from the awarding body. This is typically one to two weeks. The certifcates will be sent on as soonas they are received by SPTI, please note you do not need the actual certificate to apply for an SIA Licence, you can apply as soon as we have notified you of a pass. Re-sits are available and are charged at £50 for all our courses.
